I never realized how far behind one could get just by missing class for one week Since Monday was a holiday I started back yesterday and have been cramming trying to catch up with the rest of my class. Just had to take a rest for a few minutes and talk about the Lipizzaner Horse Show Rick and I attended last night.
Somehow we managed to get front row seats so we could see everything. This was my first horse show, and the master of ceremonies was great at describing the different maneuvers and jumps, as well as the history of the breed and everything. To read all about it visit http://www.lipizzaner.com

I am exerimenting with how to use this weblog feature, so you get the overwhelming joy of reading two entries for one day!!! I just have a lot of spare time today because I had a laperoscopy on Tuesday and am not allowed to work or go to school. I tried to take Maddie for a walk but she was acting too wild so I decided to come back home.
I did manage to get some work done for my internet course. http://www.dianakrall.com If you are interesting an a fresh new female vocalist check it out.

Oh, and for those who noticed, I cut 14 inches off my hair and sent it to http://www.wigsforkids.org

Rick is excited, he got a truck! His dad was selling his old Chevy so Rick flew out to Cedar Rapids and drove this truck back. So of course the first day we were both home we had to drive to Lowes and pick up some posts to load in the truck. The funny thing about men... We get the posts loaded into the bed and a look over at Rick. He was so proud! It was like he visibly grew, in some Tim Allenique manner I could almost hear him grunting the whole way home. Sorry I didn't get to take a picture for posterity, but I am sure there will be other loads.
